Dined in this small restaurant by chance and what can I say, the 3 course menu was just great! In addition a glass of wine, super nice service and a very good price-performance ratio. We will be back!

Good food in Corona times? No problem in Montabaur's artichoke. Today our kitchen remained cold - nothing Viennese forest, but tasty Mediterranean. Ordered online, received at the window by landlady Gordana and taken home. Served on preheated plates, it was, as always, a fine meal: Tuscan tomato soup, the right start in this current cold. Spaghetti with seafood on white wine and tomato sauce. Pieces of fish, mussels, shrimp, coherent and generous. Gnocchi with two types of asparagus and 7-herb sauce. A spring greeting. It is nice to have the right wine from your own wine shop. "Artichoke" with a difference.

Small restaurant with very good service. Price performance great. The food was very good and very nicely presented.

Excellent food and personel

We have been in the artichoke several times now and it was always great. From the service to the ambience to the food and the selection of wines, simply perfect. We like to come back again and again. 👍

We have rarely eaten as well as here. Both starter, main and dessert were really excellent. The whole thing was accompanied by an incredibly loving and courteous service and a cozy atmosphere. In relation to the performance offered, the prices here are really very good. The menu is manageable, but in my opinion this should not be interpreted as a disadvantage. I can recommend this restaurant to everyone in good conscience, but advise to reserve (!!!).

That's just great! A very nice, cozy and unique little restaurant. The number of seats and the dishes offered is very limited, but each dish is made with love! Great attention is paid to quality rather than quantity. We felt very comfortable thanks to the very nice service! Really highly recommended!

Very nice restaurant and super kind staff!!!

We celebrated our wedding day here and are more than satisfied. The starter soup and the main course (3-course menu) were to die for! And this warm and friendly service is second to none. Thank you for the nice evening and until the next meal :)

We spent a wonderful evening here yesterday. Great food, prepared for the eye and almost perfect for the taste senses. The staff was very nice and sympathetic. The eatery itself is super cozy not loud and easy to spend a great evening. I will gladly come again:-)
